The allure of this Cabernet wraps warm red and purple fruits in spice, cedar, and shaved chocolate while keeping flavors in perfect proportion. A subtle finesse and fine texture seems to evolve with every glass. 

To Kalon Cabernets are legendary. The 2012 Knights Bridge bottling from this vineyard expresses aromatic impressions of dark red fruits, toffee, leather and floral notes. A rich entry in the mouth with a long finish of vanilla, cassis and sweet oak extend the lingering character of the varietal.

Many savory dishes would pair well with this exuberant wine such as French-cut pork chops with fresh herbs.
