The 2011 vintage produced beautifully balanced, concentrated fruit and our Cabernet Sauvignons are textbook expressions of both the varietal and our Knights Valley terroir. Developed aromatics of spice and tobacco overlay with soft red and black fruits, violets, and cacao. We have opened our cellar to share three library wines from this memorable vintage that will drink beautifully at present or continue to age gracefully in the decade to come.
