Color-Change Complete in Vineyard
We love this time of year when the vineyard starts changing colors.
All blocks have completed their color change in our Estate Vineyard, leaving all the Cabernet Sauvignon purple- black in color. Above is a cluster in Block 6 - we like the intensity of color, especially this early in the season. Presently, this vineyard block is at about 21 brix, and we are planning to pick the fruit when it reaches 26 brix or higher. Given the recent weather patterns, this may be as early as 5-6 weeks away (maybe earlier?).
